shock mount supports?

Default shock mount supports?

I bought a chrome shock mount supports and the mounts. i lined up the bolts for the shock mounts just fine but the holes at the cowl are off by 1". am i doing something wrong or is this common?

they never fit like they are supposed to. You may have to bolt up part of it then jack up one corner of your car to try to get the holes to line up properly.

I had to trim some of my chrome shock support off to make it fit. It is normal.

alright! well everything is good but the forward bolt holes. The car has jacks holding up the rear of the trans and motor, could this affect the alighnment? I am in the process of making my rear cross member for the t5
