Default rotating assembly

I am looking to rebuild my 289. I want to eventually put on a paxton sl 1200 novi supercharger. I figure I will be fine with forged/dished pistons to lower the compression ratio, and a good set of h-beam rods. My question is will I need to get a better crankshaft? If so do I need a forged one?
