Default HELP - Steering binding going on, need pictures

I have a 69 shelbyGT350 and I have two problems that I need help to resolve:
- With the car on a lift, if you move the wheels by hand fast (turn the tire by hand, not steering wheel), the effort to turn the wheel from lock to lock is consistant. NOW, if you turn by hand slow, then there is a significant hard spot a little after center.

Backgroud - Steering is all new, including steering box, tie rods, ram, control valve etc for pump.

I think I can isolate the problem if it is in the steering wheel / box or if it is the steering linkage binding by disconnecting the control valve from the steering box.

The second problem I noticed while on the lift is that my return hose is getting kinked when I turn the tires left to right. Can anyone send me pictures of your steering hoses and control valve. For some reason I think my hoses / routing is causing the problem, but i need pictures which speak 1000 words.

Thanks
