Most likely a spring issue, I had to replace the trunk floor and rear frame rails due to steel termites but my car still sat level before, with a unibody if there were enough frame damage to alter the stance it should be pretty obvious. If you want to measure, use a level floor, equal jack stands at the same point in front of the front spring bolts and go from there, imho.
