Default bumperette measurements

I'm trying to put some bumperettes back on my 68 coupe in the rear and need to know where to drill the holes for it. I put a new tail light panel in the back and it doesn't have the holes so I have to make new ones. Thanks.

they do, but these new aftermarket panels require you to drill the holes or leave them off the car altogether. the placement for the holes are'nt marked either.

I have an idea of where to drill with some educated mockups, but I want to see if you guys know for sure to back my educated guesses up.

thanks.
