Default rigged up spaghetti

my wiring is all rigged up from the previous owner for some radio and a console and other stuff. it looks ugly and I plan to clean and tidy it all up by taking out what doesn't belong. all of it is hot in some way or another (door, lights, key ,battery, etc.)

is this plug familiar? and i know it may be wrong cause it is rigged to other wires. does anyone know what it connects to?

looks like the connector going to the steering wheels. and the wires coming out of the steering column plug into that.

not positive though cause the picture is so tiny.

Looks similar to the steering colum connector but the original would have been black.
Maybe someone just rigged an under dash radio at some point in the 70's or 80's.
