Default 68 Stang

Hey hows it going i have a 68 mustang that won't start. I've replaced eveything in the starting system and checked everything with a test light. The system seems to be getting power but the starter doesn't get power i replaced the solenoid, voltage regulater, negative and positive cables. I just don't know where the fusible link is i think that is the problem. Since my girlfriend bought the car when it was last jumped it hasn't started. Appreciate any help you can give.

When you turn the key on, do you get power to the "I" post on the starter solenoid?

Can you take a screwdriver and "jump" the solenoid? This should send power to the starter everytime.
