Default todays project

This morning I cut half a coil off my springs to lower the front. I am very happy with the results. I figure it will settle a little more with time. I replaced all the old hardware on the shock tower with stainless. I also slapped on a new set of shocks while I was in there.

Also, I finally put my GT stripes on in preparation for a big car show in Anchorage tomorrow.

are your side stripes decals or did you paint those as well? I'm assuming you painted to match it all and whatnot. Well your car looks great man, I wish I could just "slap on a new set of shocks" while I am working on my car

Keep it up, look forward to another trophy!

Don't remeber how high it was so don't know the difference in hieght but I like the way it sits. And I love the way it looks with the gt stripes on there I think it makes it stand out more.

The stripes came out good. Were you able to get all of the bubbles out? Air bubbles = PITA!

Have you thought about personalizing the stripe where it's applied to the lower fender corner? I had my stripes made up here locally and I was REAL close to havingthem change the GT350 to GT347..... I still may do it.

The car looks great!

Dave is right, they are decals. It was a PITA getting them on but it only took a few hours. I used soapy water and a squeegie to apply them. I didn't have any air bubbles at all. I can't believe how close they are in color to my painted LeMans stripes. I should have them customized, good idea Dave. How about
349 S/C.

I have not done the shelby drop. I was thinking of doing it but I need a set of roller perches before I tear back into the the shock towers. My perches are old and ugly.
