Default Rear brake lines

What are the two brake hoses connecting to the rear junction box? One has dry rotted and split in half, but i still have brakes and there is no fluid coming through it. WHAT is it? It's driving me crazy. Thanks[:@]

It could have corroded so bad it sealed itself with rust, or got pinched. The rear hard brake line should meet a soft line, which has a T at the end. That then splits into drivers and passenger rear brake (hard) lines, with a rear axle breather hose going through it and holding it on.
