Default Front glass removal

Hey all, I'm in the process of restoring a '66 coupe and if all goes well, I'm about 2 weekends away from shooting primer. My question is, how the heck do I get the front door glass out??? I've managed to break down the whole dang car, but I can't seem to get the stupid door glass and regulators out. Does anyone have a step by step process for this? Please help a brother out and provide some detailed instructions.

You have to disassemble it a bit to get it out.
Remove the stop next to the front division bar , lower the window until the rollers fall out of the channels. remove the belt weatherstrips, loosen the the front run attaching bolt and remove the brackect attaching bolt from the inner panel. Remove the fron run from the divison bar ( or the entire division bar) and then remove the glass. Heres aillustration of the mechanism:
