Question Brake Power Booster Question

Can you modify a power booster from a '96 Mustang to fit on the firewall of a '66 Mustang?

If so, what type of modification is needed? Currently the car is completely stripped and all access is available if needed.

Thanks for any help!

I think you just have not tried hard enough! Sooner or later your $h1t is going to break and you will want a more updated power booster for your $tang and you will try it!

You might as well try it now and let me know when your finished.

don't get the threead. did someone erase parts of it ?

as far as i know power booster in 64-66 with manual trans is not an option (clutch linkage in the way).
I once heard of someone who fitted one from a ford escort (80-90s) in a 66 auto.

No ideas for a '96? I can't imagine it being that hard to make it work. Does any one know the diameter for the hole that the rod goes through? My car just went up north so I can't measure it right now but I have a 96 scrap car with some good parts and the power boost was one of them.
