Default Body Filler

I just finished epoxy priming my ride, next step is body filler to fix the imperfections. I have the filler "evercoat rage gold" must I sand the primer first or just run with the filler? I have 12 books on body work and all say something different? whats the next step?

as far as sanding before or after, id personally do it before.

You dont need to coat the entire car with abunch of filler to completely smooth it out, if you do that youll end up sanding most of it off anyway and only leaving small sections.

I would block sand the primer quick with a long board and blow it off/wipe it down with a tack cloth. Do it lightly though as it will show the high & low spots where you need to work on.

When i say lightly i mean just do a couple X motions with little pressure on the board, just enough to knock down the top coat of primer.
