Default Alternatives to T&L?

I read the thread from gt40s and it just reinforces the idea that if you want to do well in a tough economy you have to treat people like GOLD. You can't sell someone an engine and expect them to put up with missing parts and coolant leaks or you won't be in business very long, especially if they have waited three months anticipating their beautiful new engine.

How about some alternatives to T&L on a similar build?
