Talking 351 windsor heads/headlights

Finally got a Mustang. A '69 Grande. I'll probably be coming back a lot. I'll start with 2 questions. (1) The car has a factory 351-4V windsor. I know the cleveland is better because of the heads. Can the cleveland heads be used on a windsor motor?(2) I like the looks of the 4 headlights but what I would like to do is use a hi/low bulb in the outer(after properly rewiring) and a foglight for the inner lamps. Is this possible and if so can I use a grill from a different year and mount the foglights on a bar maybe with a corral like the earlier models?
Thanks in advance
Rick

You can put the cleveland heads on a windsor block but it takes some work and a special intake which is pricey and i don't know if they make one for a 351 they do a 302 but it won't fit. Most after market heads blow cleveland heads out of the water so its cheaper to go after market. On the head lights the outer ones you can get a h4 kit which uses the newer bulbs so you can wire it like that.On the grille only a 69 or maybe a 70 will fit nothing else. The inter lights you could find fog lights the same size and use those.

As far as the lights are concerned, you can adjust the two center beams to shine real low and act like fog lights. I had mine aimed way down like that for a while so I could drive around with all of them on. What can I say, I like the look with all of the lights lit up.
