was there a 427 in 65'??
While we are off-topic... guess what... Chicken butt... and instead of bickering back and forth lets just all be glad that we don't drive hondas with ridiculous wings and windshield wiper lights... We are all playing for the same team here... most of the time.. and the simplest answer is that no, there where no 427s in mustangs in 65 except, which tends to be the case, in some very rare or obscure (to me) examples. so hurray for mustangs!!!
Go ahead, take a jab at my physical limitation. Better yet, take my back pain during a bad week.
* I guess I needed to write "28.34952 grams of prevention" here

LCC - I was all set to unsubscribe from this thread and let playgroundboi have the last word had his fabricated "ammo" been almost anything else. Sorry. <click>

Norm offers a simple "units conversion" for the person who may use metric instead of English units... and is attacked. Come on guys, Norm offered good information for those folks who might not have the requisite knowledge base for which to understand the issue. He is to be commended, not condemned.
Such unit conversion is basic to any math-based science, including automotive science. Be it MPG or KPL (miles per gallon or kilometers per liter) unit analysis is essential to understanding.
There are some members whose posts are "essential reading" and Norm is one (Starfury, Daze, Andrew, and many others). Please do not discourage their input... we all lose if they stop!
