help buying a welder

Buy the Millermatic 140 and be done with it. It takes 115 volt input power, will run solid wires that require a shielding gas for thinner materials, and comes with a regulator for your own bottle. you can also run flux cored self shielded wire with DCEN current to weld thicker parts such as frames etc. See, one stop shopping for all your welding needs

I need to replace my MIG welder. It still works, but is 20 years old and starting to fall apart. WHere is the best place to buy the Millermatic 140?

Go to your local welding supply house that stocks Miller equipment and they should able to take care of you. If that doesn't work, go to http://www.millerwelds.com/wheretobuy/ and you can locate a local dealer by entering your zip code.

anyone know where to get a good deal on an arc welder? lots of differnt type of welding rods and you can just pretty thick steel with the air arc rods.
