Default Fender Strut

One of my front fenders has this stiffening strut that holds the lower-front fender in place and keeps the sheet metal from flopping around, just behind the front wheel. The other does not, it's missing.

What is this stiffener called and where can I find a replacement part? Thanks.

Are you talking about the brace at the back of the fender? This is a 65.

I took another look at it and actually, the "strut" I thought was bracing the fender really clears past the fender and holds the bumper in place. The fender itself bolts (2x) to the painted lip that holds the turn signal lights.

So, I see it more clearly now and withdraw my question. Seems I need to increase my daytime drinking to clear my eyesight.
