He has another 67 coupe and a 66 coupe. The 66 is rusting away.

I think that a restored coupe is worth at least 9k.

I've already got about 1500 in my 6cyl. Probably going to add 5000 more into it before I am done.

so 5500 + 1500 + 5000= 12K

So it would really be a waste for me to sell my coupe once I am done. I would never get that much and I know that.

Just because you spend that $12,000 on it and its worth $12,000 to you doesn't mean it is to anyone else. I gotta go with waffles...No way I would pay 9,000 for a 6 cylinder coupe unless it was historically significant or something and If i had a fastback it would have to be in terrible shape for me to trade for a 6 cylinder. Good luck but dont get your hopes up.

I agree. I wouldn't pay over 6K for a 6cyl unless it was a FB.

and HCG, I see the craigslist ads all the time, lol... 18,000 for a 65 coupe with a IL6, 12,000 for a 67 coupe which is very rare because it has bucket seats, and my all time favorite, the 1968 mustang coupe with the VERY RARE AND DESIRABLE "T" code.
