Wow thank you for al the great feedback !

I'm really proud to see that the car is getting such great reactions over sea !

The car is indeed inspired by the boyd mustang, but the colors are very different, i must take a picture when it is sunny outside, then you see the real colors (its pearlescent).

The front behind the grille i made that yellow because i think its something different, the grille is new chromed and the mesh is black powdercoated. It let it stand out more. Also it makes the engine compartment stand out more (again that is my own opion about it). But i agree its a thing a gotten a lot of reactions about lol ! You have to see it in real life because al the pictures are taken with a flash so its more in the eye than normal.

When the car is finished i will take a good profesional photoshoot so its beter to see how it is normaly.

The hinges are the things i'm very proud of, its excelent quality and it looks great in the engine compartment !

Please don't take anything negative from my questions, your car is absolutely beautiful! I was more curious given I will be painting my 66 soon.

Dutch you have a beautiful car. I have the Ring Brother hood hinges as well and they are works of art! I have to warn you, if you haven't aready figured this out, they will eat your scalp if you are not careful. The hood doesn't open as far and it seems like every time I work on the car I hit my head on the hood latch. I drew blood on more than 1 occasion.

If I can say one thing as constructive feedback it would be to remove the stickers form the entine bay. They draw your attention to them rather than the beauty of the car. Just my opinion and take it for the 2 cents it is worth.

Keep up the progress and keep us posted via pictures.

Long time ago from the last pictures.

Done alot with the car but didnt have time to update my topic.

The new wheels should arrive monday so hopefully the tire's will be here soon so i can fit them under the car (and then adjust the ride height).

Looks great! I really like the color combo, looks clean. Those hinges are a pretty penny! I was looking at those, but went with a prop rod instead due to having a fiberglass hood. Is that scooter your daily driver?

Haha no that scooter is not my daily driver thats a 01 Seat Ibiza Cupra (dont think they have that car over there ?).

Its a hobby of mine, i have a collection of Zundapp moped/motorcycles.

I always had a thing for motorised things. Did alot of restaurations with my dad on those bikes.

Now we still have a Simca Rallye and a Opel B kadett for restauration after the mustang. We have alot of cars over here wich aren't avaible over there i think.

Funny, my dad drives a 99 Ford explorer over here and its a unique car over here (there are not more then 200 over here). When we where in holiday in your country we saw them on every corner .
