Default 1988 EFI 5.0 motor into a 67'

My car currently has a 289 in it... I found a great deal on a high output 5.0L with EFI setup off of an 88 stang. What will it take to swap this to my 67? Can I keep my strut towers or do they need to be cut? Will my C4 tranny bolt up with a different flywheel? Things like this... thanks.

The hardest part of this swap is the wiring harness but you can buy a painless kit to do it.
The motor bolts in without mods to the shock towers.
You will need to add an e-pump and a return fuel line for the EFI
You will need to get a flywheel to match the imbalance on the motor for use with your c4

It will need to be modified to work. Which is a pain. My bro did this way back in 88 when he put one in his 67 mustang....it's alot easier with a built to use harness
