long story short... threw a rod(I believe) and im pulling the motor to rebuild it. The previous owner had a bad oil leak so the passenger side suspension and frame is caked in grease and oil. I decided that it is the best time to give it a thorough cleaning since the motor is pulled but need some recommendations on what I should use to clean it. Simple degreaser and a brillo pad?? Also, what do you recommend I coat the frame in afterwards to protect from rust and make it look good?
