Default Special tool needed?

How does the pulley off of a 65/66 power steering pump come off? There's a hex folt n the shaft. Do I need a special tool to finally pry this off? I have a standard, 2-legged puller. Is that sufficient?

I don't know what a 2 leg puller is. You do need a power steering pump pulley puller. I got mine at Harbor Freight

Depending where you're at, you can also "rent" them from Autozone. You basically buy it, then they refund you the cost when you return it.
