A strange feeling
I like the black C-strips on the white.. Though I'd never have a white car myself.

I saw a white 68 out of town that really caught my eye. It was very well done, straight, and had the white top also. One thing that stood out on the car, and actually made the car, was a chrome luggage rack.
That and the chrome rocker trim, bumpers etc brought forth the lines. Sounds weird but for some reason it worked. I've kept it in mind since.

If you go with the LeMans stripes, I would use stripes that are the same color as your interior.
Jaded has a point about the chrome. White can really stand out if it is done well.

i do like the c stripes but on 68's only the vents on a 67 ruin them for me
i think ill try to photoshop some pictures up later with the guardsman blue and a blue like the interior, this might do exactly what i want plus tie in the interior colors that no long (as in they were 60's color combinations) look good together.
