i hear woody is great but i want to go with someone local. I told troy i want to run a xe282hr. He wants to put a custom cam in. I dont remember what specs.

As far as 500hp i dont belive it as well. but I have seen more than a few applications get close to 480hp n/a. Hp power numbers are not as important to me as the torque curve anyhow. Id be happy with 430 if it kicks *** throught the rpm range.

I think 430-450 is A LOT closer to what it will make. My buddy had them build his with a Funnel Web,AFR’s, .600 lift roller and 11:1 and it made about 475 on a engine dyno if I remember correctly.

My buddy has a CHP 9:1 347 claiming 450 HP and it is very quick, runs 7.6’s untuned and vey dependable.
