which do you like better

69 fastback or 70 fastback?

Alot of people lean towards 69. I did when I found my 70, but then the 70 grew on me. Stock to Stock; 69. Mach to Mach; 70. The 70 looks better with the sport lamps in the grille, even though everyone loves the look of the quad headlights of a 69. I think the sport lamps looks better, but I don't care for the stock 70 grille. Also the quarter panel "scoop" is a little worn on me. I don't know, maybe its just because I have my 70, but I really do like them better than 69s.

 

I like the scoops and I like the tail lights on the 69 better than the 70.

 

I like them both.

 

69, thats my favorite mustang, period.

 

They look almost the same to me, it's mostly if you prefer 4 headlights or 2.
Now 71, that's a nice car!

I own a 69 Mach 1. It's been my dream car for years and I think its one of the best looking cars that Ford has ever produced, especially that incredible front end with those dual headlights and the offset pony. My vote is definitely for the 69!
