Nick, I got it from Currie Enterprises. They make 9" housings and as many of the trimmings as you want/can afford for all year Mustangs.

eZ, it is a 1/8 male NPT x 5/16 hose barb. Here's a picture:

yea thats what i bought for the meantime but the actual fitting is longer so that it holds down the t-bar for the brakes as well. oh well ill make it work

Believe it or not that is not a pipe thread hole. It is a standard course thread. I have been through this many times. 3/8ths course if I remember right. Easiest way is to find a used one.

Just to reiterate my earlier post, I have an aftermarket rear and the supplied fitting is 1/8 npt x 5/16 hose. I removed it, put it through my rear brake hose and secured it. It works fine.

In the event you can't find it locally, go to http://npd.dirxion.com/Main.asp and search for part numer 4022 (it's on page 141). It looks like the original part with the straight thread in case it turns out to be that.
