NC Harley where in NC are you located? If you're near Hickory stop in at Flowers Co and look in one of there old cataloges. It gives the specs on the hose you need. You can chose one slightly longer with the same ends. They have a great selection on hand. I put rear discs on my 66 off of a 99 linclon and they had the hoses I needed on the shelf.

I recieved an email back from Nick at Brake Hoses Unlimited and he asked me to call him. I had to leave him a message. I hope to hear back from him soon.

Does anyone else know where to find Versailles brake hoses for the calipers? I have searched nearly everywhere and they still show to be on backorder. Does anyone know what hose could be used in place of them? I don't want to go this route but may have to. I have also checked with several shops that make hydraulic lines etc about rebuilding my old hoses but none of them will do it.

getting them custom made will probably be the best thing, and you might as well get them in stainless while your ordering them.

i have a small autoparts store 5 minutes from me that will make any hyd. line you could ever want - that place has saved my butt a few times

I have cadillac calipers on my 9" and it uses something similar to that. But, there actually is no rubber. The brake line threads into a "block" (like pictured above), and then a banjo bolt connects the "block" to the caliper. Stupid I think, now you have 4 potential leak areas instead of 2. You can't thread the line directly into the caliper becuase line is fine-thread while the caliper is coarse thread.

Perhaps you could use a setup like this. Find out what size threads are needed.

I've always heard that although Vers. are pretty much a direct drop-in rear, the parts are obsolete. And EXPENSIVE>..
