To get a fair and accurate appraisal, look for this very car in the market. See what this car sells for. Chaeck out trader ads, online ads, Mustang Club buy-sell-trade sections on their websites, and Mustang forum junkies like you're doing in this thread.

If you want the buyer to feel like he got a value for his $$, show him 25+ ads for the same or similar cars, and he won't argue the price, especially it if is slightly lower than market.

Please remember that the ads you see are the asking prices, which should be higher than the actual selling price of those cars.
