No. I didn't read all of the pdf. I just looked at the first paragraph.

Well I lowered the fuel down and it is running better lag is almost completely gone. I was at almost 5 turns and now I am at 3.

The best way to set idle is with a vacuum gauge. For a 200 you should pull around 19-20 inches of vac. You can also set timing this way, adjust the timing until it pulls 19-20 inches and runs smooth.

I am probably going to buy a new dizzy. I have around 30 to spend. I just need to find one on ebay. Need one since my vacuum doesn't work.

Timing is now set a 16 degrees and the mixture is down to 2 1/4 or so.

when you rev the engine up do you see the timing advance?
How far does it advance?

I think it went over 32 degrees. My grandfather was watching that while I revved it.

your ignition timing should be set at about 12 on a manual inline six.
