Default more progress door pillar

I have been dreading doing the door pillar. I dont like dealing with the structure of the car. After doing the rear patch panel i felt motivated so i cut out the pillar. Wouldn't you know it I broke both the spot weld drill bits. I will sand the new piece tomorrow and pound it flat and paint it tomorrow and weld it in. This is where I am at now.

I finished my pillar today. I sanded it down and sprayed the inside with weld through primer before installing. The pillar was the same as everything else installed. More hammer work to get all of the curves to line up. Oh well it looks good now. Now I can start doing interior work so I can paint the interior and the jams and finish block sanding the engine bay to paint as well.

It wasn't too bad. There are a lot of spot welds to remove. It only took me a few hours to complete.
