Default Distributor for 1969 351W

Okay I am now thinking that my current distributor is pretty worn. It has around 200,000 miles on it... I am thinking about getting an ACCEL replacement distributor. How hard would it be to install? I have never done this before. What do I need to look for and be careful of? Also should I get a breakerless, magnetic pickup, or points distributor? Like I said I am new at this type of upgrade so help me out. Thanks

accel, msd, all are good even a stock duraspark, definetly go breakerless, there are some procomp dists around and on ebay which work well for a good price, the easiest way is to use a ready to run dist usually drop it in, hook up 2 wires and go.
