Default Water Pump '68 FB Issue

Hey guys,

I wrote a couple days earlier about my car losing power (electrical power) while driving. I just discovered that the heater core pipe on the water pump has a bit of a leak in it...small pin hole..just wanted to know if it is safe to have it repaired via a small weld or similiar?

Its the pipe at the top on the left side if one is looking at the WP front on...I think its the outlet from the water pump?

Thanks guys

pull the hose off and take a good look at it. If the tube is leaking because the sidewall has cracked or is corroded, then it's best to change the waterpump. Most likely the pump has deteriorated.
