Default 5.0 Worth It?

Would it by worthwhile to purchase this 5.0 motor to rebuild and put in my 65? I don't know much about engines, but I am ready to learn. I would probably convert to a carb and put a T5 behind it.

How is the price? If it is a decent deal, what would I need to look for or questions to ask.

Wow, did someone already beat you to it? Looks like the author deleted the post.

I guess it's gone. It was a 1990 Mustang 302 complete with 70,000 miles. It came with an engine stand for $250. How was the pricing?

Sounds pretty cheap to me. The engine stand alone, if it's a decent one, is worth $50.
