Well guys getting close. Got all my windows in and still trying to get the gaps the same between rear quarter window and side. Found a part (Square rubber bumper or window stop) and cant figure out where it goes. It was laying on the bottom of the passenger door. Any ideas.

I would love a few detailed pics of the rear quarter windows and doors also.. It would help me a lot on my '65 Coupe..

 

The OP didn't say what year so here are 64-68

 

Sorry it is a 65 coupe. I still don't see anywhere where there is a square rubber piece. I dont have it in front of me but it is around 1.5 by 2 inches wide and around a inch deep. It has a triangled place where it looks like it snaps into a rectangled hole.

Thanks for all the drawings. The last picture is the stop for the rear quarter window I believe. That is one the bottom. This stop fell out from somewhere on the passenger door window. Can't figure where it came from. I will spend some time on saturday checking some more on the drivers door to see if I can find one there.
