Default Difference between 302 engine gasket kits

Below are some kits on ebay I am looking at getting. However, I do not know if there is any difference between these kits. They look the same accept for one piece. (Sorry I do not know what that one piece is.).

Thanks for your help!

One is a Mr Gasket 7121 (83 - 91) and the other is Mr Gasket 7120 (62-82).

The difference is the oil pan gasket. What year is your engine?
