Default storage?

hello, its been a long time since ive posted anything on here, anyways, i need some info on storing my mustang. this semester at school is going to be a long one and im working way to much so i dont have time to work on my car till summer. my mom wants me to move the car out of the garage and on to the side of the house. so i need to know what i can do to protect it from the elements. right now its just primer no paint, theres no interior. my main concern is moisture building up under the car cover and inside and causing the car to rust. so what i can i do to protect it till summer. i love in so cal so its not to bad on rain and cold days but it does happen from time to time.

Some ideas:
- Get the car off the car off the ground. that'll keep airflow under it and away from the moisture on the ground. concrete pads and jackpads

- Buy a decent car cover. One that's made for outside. The are water repellant and designed to breathe.
