not too much fabrication. just where the cable runs through the firewall, put a steel plate to spread out the force of the cable. if you just put a hole in the firewall without a reinforcing plate its going to eventualy split the wall. i would say the hardest part was getting the pedal, i couldnt find a real classic clutch pedal or afford the ones i could find, so i got a fox body pedal and had a welder attatch that clutch quadrant to it and that top rod that runs through the break pedal. that kit is a couple hundred dollars at most stores, ebay is the best deal ive seen.

oh, also, where the quadrant goes under the dash, i needed a little more room under the steering column because there is sheet metal there, i just dented it a bit with an air hammer and i was good to go.
