The stock non-GT front bar was something like 5/8". Very small and not very effective. A 15/16" bar would increase the stiffness of the front end, reducing body roll in corners, thereby increasing handling. I wouldn't recommend anything larger than that without a rear bar to compensate for the added understeer.

Well I pulled my old one off and its was 3/4", I then measured my rear and that was 3/4" as well. Im guessing the PO pulled off the front bar off a gt since my coupe is was never a gt.

Since the back bar is 3/4", will 1" be fine in the front?

Im thinking of the Grab a Trac bar. Does anyone have one of these?

With a 3/4" rear bar, the front should be something like 1-1/16" to 1-1/8", I believe. That said, it's going to make for fairly stiff ride, and if you hit a bump mid-corner you're going to skip a couple tires sideways.

You want more sway bar in front than in rear. With equal sizing, you will probably be on the free side of neutral. I am running an Addco 1 1/8" in the front and a 7/8" in the rear. I would say it is neutral. A 1" in the front with a 3/4" in the rear should also be neutral.
