replacement title
In NC to get a replacement title the last person that the car was registered to has to sign to replacement title form
what if the person that last had the title has passed away or cannot be located?
I have a 72 mach 1 that i am pretty sure i am going to have to go through this
I am going to take the vin # down to the dmv friday and have it run (hope its not stolen)
anybody ever dealt with this?
