Question Quarter Window Replacement '69 Coupe

This is the first time I'm ripping into the inside for repairs and I don't know truly where to start. I need to replace the passenger side rear quarter window in my 69 ride. Some punk broke it trying to steal parts from the interior. It's a manual roll window with no framing around it so I hope it's pretty simple. Only thing is, I don't know where to begin or how to start taking the inside apart. I don't see any obvious bolts or screws holding anything together.

Anyone have step by step instructions to help me out, any tips, special tools I should get. Maybe you can reference me to a link that's helped you out? I'd really like to tackle it this weekend while the weathers nice.

Thanks in advance

J from San Jose

As far as I know, you'll want to remove the rear seat, then from there you'll have access to take off that panel that covers the mechanism and regulator and it should be fairly straight forward from there.

Im doing this right now on my 67. Only pain in the *** is the worn out rollers that are making this job hell for me. I cant get the arms of the regulator to stay on the window track when I roll it because of the rollers. Heres a link on how to do it in a 67. Should be a little bit similar. Make sure you buy new rollers if your old ones are shot, but Im assuming they arent if your window was rolling up and down fine before it broke.

PS just another tip. Unless you want your hands and wrists to get all sliced up, I suggest a long sleeve shirt and possible some hand protection like gloves. My hands are pretty raw right now.
