Maaco will do what ever you pay them to do. I woud be very careful about letting them layout your stripes unless you really trust the guy doing the work. They take a long time to get right and if they are off, you won't be abel to stop looking at them and it will drive you crazy!

The Maaco here in Rock Hill does awesome work with stripes, ect.. The guy that does it has a very steady hand and does all kinds of detailing work. I guess it depends on who is doing it.

Just be sure to do your homework on the Maaco that you are taking it to. I just bought my 69' and if need be can show you why you need to research it before hand. The 3 year old paintjob on my stang looks as if it is almost 10 years old: faded, cracking, peeling, bubbles. Don't get me wrong though you can find a good Maaco out there it just varies from town to town so check twice on the shop so you only have to have it painted once.

Give it a shot but like they said, do your home work. Ask to meet the painter and talk to him. Ask to see some of his work. Most of these shop are set up for mass production in a bussy city. As always, PREP WORK!!!!

you may consider doing some of the masking yourself. I knew a guy that had them done on his car and there was over spray in a few places. remember you get what you pay for.
