Default 1969 disc brakes ???

Take a look at this add and tell me if this would work on my 1969 Mustang Convertible. Did 1969 factory disc brakes and are these going to be good enough.

"Granada spindles. All parts bead blasted and painted. Rotors cut w/new bearings, good calipers, hoses, new pads. Ready to bolt on (will need '69 boss or latter outer tie rod ends) I also have upper control arms (blasted and painted) with new shaft kits and ball joints, lower control arms, T/C rods and moog bushings. "

Any thoughts?
Thanks

Only 2 years will work.

If you don't mind running a 17 inch rim look at mustangsteve he has brackets to use the cobra brakes or new gt mustang brakes.

I am confused as to the question?

Are you asking if the Granada ones will work in the 69? or if the factory disc brakes are better or worse than granada ones? or both.

Answer to question one it depends you need more information.

answer to question two. idk but I have factory 69 disc brakes on my 68 and it stopes great. i dont imagine that the granada brakes are much better or better at all since the rotors are smaller.

I forgot to mention.. the 68-69 Disc brakes are the same for Fairlane,Mustang,Cougar.

IIRC, the Granada brake rotors are larger.

I'll check my books.

Default both questions.

I am asking if the disc's control arm ect. from the add will fit and work on my 69 mustang.

Everyone is telling me to get disc brakes but they cost so much, i was wondering if I get a used pair from a 1969 mustang, would they be good enough or should I be stepping up to more modern ones. The price is killing me.
Thanks
Larry

If you have disc now your fine swapping from disc to the Granada brakes is like buying a 747 for free peanuts.Unless you want to race the car even 4 wheel drums is ok if you know how to handle them and how much stopping room you need.
