Frame rail replacement

Default Frame rail replacement

I was wondering if I should replace frame rail or try to straighten it out?And if I do have to replace should I both sides?The other side looks fine.No major rust on either rail.any help would be great thanks.

Without pictures or any other information about your car, its hard to say. Check out the classic section and post some pictures for us to see.

As the others said pictures would help. The rails are cheap enough that I would probably just replace the effected rail. You don't want to cut any corners in the frame of a unibody car.
