the worst mistake I make was selling my first muscle car....1969 Ford Mustang 302ci
3spd manual tranny, later converted to 4spd toploader. Every time I see another 69 it breaks my heart!! LOL but this one is a beauty

What color blue is it?

My 65 is caspian blue. I wanted a midnight blue, but wanted to go with a classic Mustang color.

Man, I forgot about that fiero seat conversion, I remember your thread. I didn't even notice them because they look so correct in there, very sweet! I bet they're 20x more comfortable than the buckets...

That is a slick looking car. And the blue you chose is FANTASTIC. Also, did you paint the inside of the headlight buckets matte black? Cause it sure seems that way. I don't think I've never seen that done before for one of those, and I must say I like it.

the blue paint is what was on it when i bought it. it was in good shape so i decided to let it ride for now. i did paint the headlight buckets and hood though. i have been told the name of the blue is "presidential blue". i dont think it is the orgional color, i have seen small areas of light metalic blue while i had it apart.

the fiero seats are very comfortable and mrmikes did a great job of matching the origional styling.

i had to replace my distributor, the old one was shorting out and loosing spark. alls good now.
