with no money thats hard, but a good wet sand would make it all shiny, unless u have a good newer paintjob then that wont help, if u had money to spend then getting sequential tail lights, fog lamps grills etc all kinds a things with money,
You can clean and paint your drums if you've got some satin black paint floating around. If you've got enough you can re-shoot the wheel wells. What does your exhaust pipe look like? would it look sano if you painted the tip either black or silver? How about taking a tooth brush to all the emblems to get the excess wax out of the nooks and crannies. Polish out the rings around the head light and take off the Pony on your grill and polish the grill behind the pony. Clean and polish the antena, remove the base nut and clean and polish the fender, then wipe the gasket down with a cleaner/protectant. Toothpaste on a rag will polish the plastic light lenses very nicely, then a nice coat of wax over that.
Clean and polish the door jambs. Remove all the excess gunk off the latch mechanism. Pop the trunck and hood and clean and polish around the frame. Wipe down all the rubber with your favorite protectorant. Remove the gas cap and polish the flange, bolts and body around it. Remove the licence plates clean and polish behind them, and clean and polish your plates and frames.
Most importantly when you get done. Come over to my place and do the same on my '66
But seriously, this is a great oportunity to really detail out your ride. Lot's of elbow grease, little to no cost, and a big eye for the little details. That's what makes a car really stand out.
Make a list so you can check things off one at a time, then start working down your list. If you've got a decent camera take pictures before and after. You will be suprised at how beautiful the difference is.

Engine bay cleaner and a hose go a long way. Sand some of the parts under the hood and hit them with some black paint. Clean up that air cleaner. How does your chrome look? A little soft-scrub and some water can make a big difference. Of course nothing beats some tire shine (I usually put mine on BEFORE I wash the car for a natural black look vs. the shiny look) and a good wash and wax.
