Cool 3 speed shifter

I'm in need of replacing the shifter on my 67 coupe. Does anybody know where I could pick one up. I looked through my California Mustang book and I didn't find one. Thanks for the help

Chances are, all you need is a proper handle reconditioning kit. I prefer the 4-speed kit, even on a 3-speed, it's a little crisper side-to-side. Be sure you get the kit that has both grommets, both bolts, both special washers, and the pair of trunnions and springs. The only place I know that has the washers is Glazier's. Clean and grease the mechanism, and adjust it carefully when you install it, and you should be fine. Glazier's can also get you a remanufactured shifter, if yours is actually shot.

When these shifters are right, they work just fine.

I did this a couple years ago (on 2+2GT's advice) and it worked out great.
