I actually teach him some things about mustangs, but he teaches me about his truck and the engine he has in it. His grandfather used to own a mechanic shop here in town. I'm not sure if he worked for him or not, but I know his dad did. My grandfather owns a 66 coupe and I get some help from him every so often. I get alot of help from them.

His grandfather died several years ago. I'm not exactly sure, but maybe in 02.

i think what everyone is saying is talk to your dad and grandfather about what your doing to the car instead of just doing w/e like taking the rear seat out, losing the bumpers and everything.

your not so much restoring the car. your kinda going backwards

The delete I made does look like a seat. You might even be able to sit on it since It does have supports holding it up.

so the point of puttin the delete is to do what? if you want to make a rear seat delete to loose the weight then why not just get some kidna thin wood and maybe even cardboard or something along those lines and cover it with material and have it snap into place, ALOT lighter than what your doing now, otherwise your ****ty wood seat delete does about nothing but killl the look of the interior
