Well i meant i just had the spark plug in the bit and tried turning it in my hands with no luck. The autolite 104 threads perfect everytime though.....

All the 104s interchange just fine but i cant get these 25s to thread correctly in any hole is there anything like a 104 but in the 5 heat range?

did you hold the 25 across to the 104 so that one thread is locked in the other to see if it's the same thread. measured thread size
just to make sure they actually are the same thread

take a flashlight and look down the threads. is there about 3/8" of unthreaded bore before you get to the threads? if so, you have e6 heads. the e7s don't have any unthreaded bore.
