if you have the choice on what subject they query then stay away from safety.
safety questions wrong is usually 1 strike->out

but in my opinion if you want to work on those cars professionally you should be knowledgeable in each and every of those subjects

Default YOU GUYS AND GALS!!!

Ok everyone, now this is getting silly read the very 1st posting on this thread (the one I started this thread with), not anywhere on there does it say any of you have to help, does it? I simply asked a question (granted more detailed, but none the less, a question, hence the point of a forum), no one had to reply, it was completely voluntary. So, there is no reason to get bitter everyone (good word "Joe67" lol). If you don't want to reply, don't, but please dont take it out on me or my question... And finally, all of you that have replied so far dont live close enough to me or my mustang to help without a major roadtrip or flying. Thanks.

Have a good day.

mustangsrule516 my suggestion (I am being serious) would be to close this screen name (account) since you only have 13 posts and start again with a new name. This site is a wealth of great information and it would appear you have started off on a bad foot with it. If you think my advise sucks just ignore me, I am just trying to help you out.

Another serious suggestion: If you are looking for someone locally to help you, then find a local club and examine it's members. On this forum you will find people from all over the world, but not necessarily from where you are.
I also agree with ThanksDad. You need to start over. At least start a new thread with a different question. This site is a wealth of knowledge, and very courteous most of the time, but it's members do demand, and deserve respect (not implying that you were not giving that respect LOL)
Have a great day!

Funny......
I guess we have to meet YOUR qualifications in order to answer YOUR questions....

I don't think that's gonna happen.

I think the name liar is a bit harsh, don't you think?....
"Most" people don't deliberately go out to try and guide you in the wrong direction and that is what a liar is. Misinformed or uniformed people is a more appropriate word.

A lot of people will talk out their *** when it comes to cars or whatever, but in the end it is up to you to decide in which direction to go with. Even with your little test, some people will still talk out their *** because their mouth knows better.
Good luck with your quest.

JOE67

on your "wont crank" list you need to add the neutral safety switch.

if the shifter is not in park or neutral there wont be any cranking, clicking nothing.

Ha, well then I guess Joe67 failed the test and will not be one of the lucky individuals to help out......

On an even more joking note, this thread is ridiculous! I started laughing from the beginning. I mean, you have to have alot of audacity to come into a forum and start quizzing people before they can offer you advice....Even if it is VOLUNTARY! If you really have done sooooooo much work on your car you should know the difference when someone is giving you bad advice from good advice. By the way you talk, I would doubt that you know much about cars yourself. How about you tell us a little bit about your car and the work you've done on it and maybe i'll believe you.

I think this one is a gonner, ThanksDad is right, start up a new screenname and try again.

This IS his second screen name...
His first screen name had problems figuring out how to install an upholstery kit onto seats.
