yungstanger you're stupid or something he's not buying 99 seats he's going to get seats from a 1999 and up mustang I hope to whatever you believe in that you were kidding, if not... then just wow... And also the rear seat is only supposed to seat two, the middle is definitely not designed for someone's butt.

oh and your DAD has some nice cars (since I'm assuming you're ten based on your post)

to get back on topic... I'm not too sure how hard it is but there are a number of members on this forum that have done something like you are describing. You're going to have to make brackets to adapt the stock tracks to the new model seat holes. You also might have to modify the height of the seat pan because if you simply put them in you'll be hitting the ceiling (so i've heard)

i put fiero seats in with very little modification. take measurements from the floor pans and from the bottom of the seat, figure out where you want it positioned and go to town.

there is more gratification in making something work and saying "i did that" than just simple off the shelf bolt in stuff...

make it your own and be proud of your work.

I have 2001 seats in my 65 and 2003 seats in my 67.

It is an easy mod to do and works just fine as long as you are not 6' 2'' or so. At 5' 10'' I fit just fine in the seats and around the wheel after installed.

Unbolt the tracks from your 60 something mustang, unbolt the tracks from the new seats, line up the old tracks on the new seat base with the holes to make sure you have the width set right, then cheat the seat tracks as far forward as possible on the seats base. Drill 4 holes in the seat base, bolt tracks on, turn seat over, bolt into car.
